Registration for 2020-2021 school year

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

The Annual Update window for the 2020-21 school year will be open on TBD for Country Club. Complete the district online Annual Update using your Parent Portal . To begin the process, click on “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.


All families, new and returning, must register their children for school each year.

  • You student will  have the opportunity to take their school photo - ordering information below. (See link below) ** If you are unable to attend the walk-thu event, we will have another opportunity for student photos at a later date TBD and we will be sure to share that information **

Medication at School - If your child requires medication at school, please bring the completed Medication at School Form and the medication to school TBD

  • You will need to use your Parent Portal to see who your child's teacher is. Click here to access your Portal. Class assignments will be available for viewing in your Parent Portal on Wednesday, August 9, 2021 at 12:00 noon.

The TRAFFIX bus program has made a significant improvement in reducing traffic congestion at elementary schools in the most congested parts of Danville and San Ramon.  Parents are saving time and money and kids love riding the bus.
